Buscabulla is one of Puerto Rico’s most promising emerging acts, a breath of fresh air in a musical climate that often struggles to bridge pop smarts with heartfelt and engaging music. Singer Raquel Berríos and her band conjure an intoxicating mix of classic cool with more forward-thinking flourishes on the group’s first single, Tú Loco Loco, a cover of master composer Tite Curet Alonso’s composition made popular in 1969 by salsa master Roberto Roena Y Su Apollo Sound. Buscabulla’s debut EP is due in 2014 - it’s going to be a good year.

Buscabulla es uno de los grupos emergentes más prometedores de la escena puertorriqueña, un alivio musical donde muchos encuentran gran dificultad en unir la universalidad del pop con música apasionada e interesante. Raquel Berríos y su banda logran una mezcla intoxicante de lo clásico con detalles más modernos en su primer sencillo, una versión del clásico de salsa Tú Loco Loco, compuesta por el maestro Tite Curet Alonso y popularizada en el 1969 por Roberto Roena Y Su Apollo Sound. Buscabulla lanzará su EP debut en el 2014, por lo que promete ser un año bueno.
