Almost two years after dropping their debut EP, the members of Las Abejas have become some of Puerto Rico’s most vital musicians within the local independent scene, participating in numerous musical projects - including others featured in past editions of the MAP. All that experience is evident in their second release, the impressive Lazy Views. “Guys & Gals” is an exquisite surprise of a song that gives into the band’s most bizarre and experimental impulses. Few other songs will come close to its maniacal energy this year.

Desde el lanzamiento del debut de Las Abejas apenas dos años atrás, los miembros del grupo se han dado a conocer como algunos de los músicos más vitales dentro de la escena local del rock, participando de numerosos proyectos - incluso otros presentados en ediciones pasadas del MAP. Toda esa experiencia se refleja en la segunda producción de la banda, el impresionante Lazy Views. “Guys & Gals”, una exquisita sorpresa de canción que da rienda suelta a los impulsos más bizarros y experimentales del grupo. Pocas otras canciones se acercarán a su energía maníaca este año.
